Florida Soil and Water Conservation Council

Background
The Soil and Water Conservation Council (SWCC), comprised entirely of agricultural representatives, is a formal advisory group that was created in statute over 50 years ago.

Recent SWCC Meeting
The last meeting of the Soil and Water Conservation Council (SWCC) was held on July 17, 2007 on Marco Island at The Marriott Resort from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

The meeting was scheduled to correspond with the Florida Chamber’s Water Short Course, which began on July 18. Council members were eligible for free registration for the Early Bird session. An agenda for the SWCC meeting is available by clicking on the above link.
